RAVEN MAE ENTRY 8
The Guardsman
watch and wait over me in the Gardens as
the
Lourde enters
through the gates. The Gardens are
setup like a maze
with bridges,
streams, flowers, benches and one very
small
fall. The
sound of the water escapes me. I
feel relaxed it's soothing,
the colors of the
flowers abound bright and vibrant and
the scent
is heavenly.
I take the fresh petal of a rose and
crush it ever so
slightly to
release the scent then delicately rub it
on my neck to smell
like the rose
petal. Ahhh sweet fragrance.
He approaches, I
hear him he's calling Your Majesty Raven Mae,
Your Majesty Raven
Mae and the guards's say
"He
cometh for ye Raven Mae, He cometh for
ye".
I am in the center
of the gardens filled with Red Roses,
my favorites and
suddenly behind me he says close your
eyes, I have
found you. I
will walk around but close your eyes.
I have
a surprise for you
. He walks around, I hear his
footsteps. He
holds out his
hands and says open them and there he
is. Behind
him the minstrels.
He says take my hand as he reaches for
me
and the minstrels
play. We dance in the garden in
the
center of all the
roses and he speaks softly........
"Raven Mae,
your majesty
May I present
myself
For your beauty
to see
I may be a bit
forward I know
But I have
fallen for you
from the moment
we first met
and my eyes are
for no one else.
Your beauty I
will never forget
and your heart
full of love
is legendary at
best
You care so
deeply for others.
Your Love
chimes above all the rest"
And he stops and
picks out the most beautiful rose in the
garden
and hands it to me
and says;
I know it's too
soon
and please
forgive me
but I have to
ask you see
for I have
fallen deeply,
very deeply for
you
and let this
rose be a symbol of love
the petals of
red are as deep as the
depth of the
feelings from my heart
and though I
don't wish to offend thee
I beg
forgiveness for what I am about to say
So magical it
is when I am with you
My heart
beckons and I must ask
and please
don't answer your majesty
I will wait
indefinitely.......
